NCD is committed to good customer service and providing high quality emergency dental care as a service to all. NCD is happy to hear that your root canal treatment was “great” and we would like to address your concerns. To clarify, NCD is an emergency/general dental clinic that treats many dental emergencies afterhours, weekends, and holidays often when other dental clinics are not available. Yet, our clinic still maintains reasonable fees for the MPLS/STP area. No form of payment is ever refused even if it is a partial payment. We understand in this tough economy many have financial constraints and thus we strive to make payment options as accessible and convenient as possible. Hence our flexible payment plans which all have no interest. Perhaps a misunderstanding a occurred in your form of payment plan that was set up. Please call the office for further assistance.

By no means do we want to communicate to our potential patients that we “don’t deal with the insurance companies.” In fact, many of our patient’s have some sort of dental insurance coverage, our goal is to always maximize your dental benefits. To further clarify, NCD provides the best possible estimate of what your insurance company will cover. Since you and your spouse were both seen as new patients, a more comprehensive exam and set of x-rays were taken. To your dental insurance company these were not considered “routine in nature” (covered ounce every 5 years). We value your family as patients and a refund has been provided for you.

Had a great root canal but they refused my payments and made me sign up for their finance plan and now I have to pay 3 times the amount quoted on the phone. There are many other dentists out there. DON'T pick this one.

I asked THREE times (first when I met them, on the phone when I scheduled an appointment, and when I walked in the door the day of my appointment) if they were IN NETWORK* for my insurance, and was told YES each time. Then they charged my credit card for the full amount, saying I'd get reimbursed by my insurance via a check in the mail. I got about a third of the cost back, and was finally told that they "don't deal with the insurance companies." I was stuck making up the difference (almost $200 for a routine checkup) out of pocket. 0 stars.Other than that, great service; no complaints. They're friendly, gentle on the mouth, honest, and like their candy as much as anyone else. 5 stars there.*See, the insurance company only "allows" in-network providers to charge a certain amount per procedure. If they're not in network, they charge whatever they want and you pay whatever the insurance won't.

They say they will do a payment plan, but once they set it and take money out of your account they just send you to the collection agency anyway even while your still paying! I haven't missed one payment and they sent me to a collection agency, well now lawyer. Jerks will never again get my business.

Thanks!! This is a great office. Your staff was so nice on the phone and the dentist knew his stuff. I got in the same day to have my tooth taken out and this place calmed my dental anxiety.

My visit at now care dental was great! I got a convenient appointment within a couple of days and got no lectures about not visitng the dentist in 2 years. They even let my young kids be with me during my visit. I would definately make my next appointment with Dr. Geller.

I had a toothache and the caring staff asked me " how long will it take for you to get here?" I told them 20 minutes and ...bam..... there I was, in the dental chair within 30 minutes ( had to fill out registration forms.) The dentist was very gentle, gave me plenty of novocaine and I got my tooth taken out that same day. I was basically pain free after the numbing medicine wore off. The office is new, clean and the fees are very fair for such an amazing service. I plan to bring my family here for their regular care! Thanks

Excellent same day root canal service! Called at 8 was in by 11 and comfortable by 2, and this was on a Sunday!!!Exceptional skills and highly professional staff. So good I am switching dentists and taking my whole family to Now Care! Update: They did my son's checkup and cleaning after church on the weekend. Could not be more convenient.‎
