Horrific owner!

A beautiful philosophy being taken advantage of by a cruel owner who believes that abusive behavior is conducive to teaching and leading. Causing staff to cry constantly. It's an unstable, unsafe work environment where the staff is too scared, too sick, and too exhausted to speak up.

No sick Policy, allowing children with contagious diseases, fevers, diarrhea & vomiting to attend and demand this of the staff as well.

It doesn't accommodate for students or employees with disabilities of any kind.
