It was a simple appointment and she did her job well

Dr. Ledermann has been so çompetent, caring, understanding, and generous. She has been one of the kindest practitioners that I have ever met. My appliance did
not work out for me because I became sensitive to some of the materials in it so I could no longer wear it. She has been generous by offering me a new appliance free of charge. That is amazing to have an offer like that. I have much gratitude for Dr. Ledermann and her staff. Her staff also is çompetent and kind. I will refer people to this practice whenever I have the chance. It doesn't get any better than this. Lisa Popp
