I have been in their shop many times buying parts. I fortunately am pretty handy working on bikes, but I am not independently wealthy, so I don't bring them in for work too often. I am a 24 year veteran of the military and am still active duty in the St Paul area. I have a large base of people I talk to with bikes and have always been very quick to recommend these guys. Their website even states, "For expert advice, service and the parts to make your Harley-DavidsonR or American V-twin one-of-a-kind, Full-Throttle Custom Cycles of North St. Paul is the only shop you need."



I have a bike that I bought from one of their regular customers that they have done quite a lot of work to. When I tried to ask about it I was very rudely asked if I wanted it fixed over the phone. I got it, they are in the business of making money, but if they could have pointed me in the right direction I would gladly have purchased the parts and continued recommending these guys. I was basically told to "F off" by someone on the other end. Needless to say, very poor customer service.
