I had never been to a chiropractor before, I was very nervous. Dr Chase and Dr Eric made me feel so comfortable. They both take time with you individually and even if it's busy they don't try to hurry to get to the next patient. They are very personable and professional at what they do. My neck and upper back feels much better and they are teaching me things to do at home so I don't have to come in as much, even though I'd like to. The girls in the office are very nice and always have a smile on their face. They send a reminder via text message when your next appt is, which is great! The massage therapist is also great. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Providers are caring and explain what is going on during the visit. I am glad I established care with them!

I have been to other chiropractic office before, but there is not comparison to Genesis Chiropractic. The doctors keep you updated and informed. The take the time to get to know you and truly want to make you a healthier person. The staff know you by name and are very friendly. I look forward to my appointments and feel better then when I started. It is truly the best place to go.

I was fortunate to discover Genesis Chiropractic Health center at the Eagan fair few months ago. I came to Genesis with a severe pain in my head and back. Genesis Chiropractic Health Center is a comprehensive facility that includes your "total wellness" concerns. They use highly technical measuring tools that actually measure your body's positive response to chiropractic adjustments...not only do you "feel" better but you can actually "see" why you feel better!! The staff is not only highly qualified and professional, but super friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic to friends and family...I did and they love it too!!

When I started having pains in my lower back, Genesis Chiropractic Health Center was able to get me in right away to help me. They were referred to me by a family member who had seen success with them. The staff is friendly and helpful and they are always able to work around my varying schedule which is wonderful.

How do you say thank you in a way that truly conveys your full gratitude? I am a healthy mid-thirty female who used to wake up every morning in a significant amount of pain. I didn't let it interrupt my lifestyle, I kept pushing on, but was uncomfortable all the time...24/7/365. I dealt with it for YEARS...crazy right?? A friend of mine recommended Genesis to me after they had assisted her back onto her path of wellness post car accident. She raved about the clinic and the staff. I will say, I doubted and delayed calling for a number of months. Eventually the pain got significant enough to make me do something. I called and they got me in the next day for my consult. I felt comfortable right away. There was no pressure and a huge amount of education. I felt ready to try chiro care and scheduled my first adjustment. I won't say I wasn't nervous, but they took it slow and explained everything very well before proceeding. After 1 week there was a noticeable difference, at 4 weeks...all I can say is WOW! I still have work to do, but the improvement is amazing. I do not wake up with pain and I do not deal with it all day long. My body is not locked up anymore, my flexibility is back. So, back to my original question, how do I say thank you...By telling as many people as I can about the fantastic care at Genesis. Please see for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

I had been looking for a new chiropractic office for a few months after my chiropractor left the business. I decided to try Genesis after reading many reviews online about their practices. On my first visit I did a x-ray & a thermal scan so the doctors could get a better idea of my trouble areas. I have to admit I was a little skeptical of the need to have the thermal scan done, but was amazed at the level of details that they could tell me about my medical history from the thermal scan & x-ray at my second appointment. It was at my second appointment that I got my first adjustment followed by 8 minutes on the roller table with ice packs. The treatment has always been very thorough & the doctors are always very attentive to every concern I have. Tomorrow I go in for my 12 appointment and the doctors will be redoing my thermal scan to see how my treatment is progressing.

Dr. Chase and Dr. Erik maintain a mindful approach. Their work is efficient yet precise, present, effective.

The people at the booth were very friendly and I was immediately drawn to the fact that I didn’t have to pay for the first exam. The staff at the front desk have greeted me by name since my first visit. The Chiropractors are very conscious of whether you are in pain and do the adjustments in the most discreet manner possible. The Chiropractor always lets me know what they are adjusting and whether or not it feels better or worse from the previous adjustments. I really enjoy the ice packs and rolling table after the adjustment
