I have been to the oakdale location two times now both far from pleasant experiences. Not only did I wait over two hours to see a doctor but my appointment was reasonably common and should of been fairly quick. I took a hour and a half off of work for my two o'clock appointment that I got there at 145 and left at 500 if that gives you an idea of lengthy amount of time. The assistant that I had the first time wasn't personable and had thr attitude that I was wasting his time. The doctor I had did a pretty good job explained my condition and why I needed the treatment and how to go about doing the treatment. I came back for my second appointment keeping in Mind all techs/assistants have bad days. My second appointment left me in tears. The tech had no interest in me as her patient was rude, short with me and never once explained what they wee doing, she personally pulled my head back and gave me a eye drop didn't bother asking me to tilt my head and say "I will be giving you a eye drop" then the mechanism they holds your eye open to get a injection she didn't bother telling me what she was doing just kept trying to shove it in my eye. I said that it was painful and wasn't ready (which I've said I've used this mechanism before and familiar with how it should feel) this was not it! I kept saying nooo this hurts and she ignored me completely! The doctor went ahead and gave me the shot in my eye! No notice, no communication, even after saying not yet! I was so angry! I needed reassurance as a patient I was being heard. That they were trying to make me comfortable or atleast tell me your giving me the shot! No communication. Just attitude like I was being a "bad patient crying" I will never go to that location! Bad assisting by two different techs. No thanks
