CNC Innovations, Inc began operations in April of 1999, with the goal of providing quality machined parts, and creating an honest, service oriented relationship with our customers. We understand that our employees, and the pride that they put into their work is the reason we can provide the highest quality parts, and the responsiveness that our industry requires. CNC Innovations is a job shop with thirteen employees. We have eight vertical machining centers, four Haas machines ( three with high speed rotary tables ) and four Fanuc Robodrills ( Three with automatic pallet changers ). Our inspection department includes a Brown & Sharp ONE Coordinate measuring machine with PC DMIS software. We specialize in the machining of aluminum, as well as some plastics. Our jobs range from one or two pieces, up to annual blanket orders of 50, 000 parts. We take great pride in the fact that we have a very clean, air conditioned shop and that our JobBoss software package helps keep us well organized.
