What can I say? I follow Anna where ever she goes. Been with her for over 15 years. Animal House employees have always been polite and professional. I refer people there.

My two old female doggies get groomed at Animal House quarterly.....they come backlooking like beauties and are happy to strut their stuff when they are home. Very gentle professional groomers with that down home communication skills..........I highly advise a try at Animal House to all you dog lovers out there!!

I've been taking my dog to animal house for several years and have been delighted with the results. Groomer Anna takes time to let the dog get acclimated and really listens to what I want. I do NOT want the breed cut, but I want an easy care version that still looks like the breed. I bring my matted, snarled dog in and she comes out happy, clean, and well styled. She has a curled toenail that I can't cut myself, and it grows into her pad. Anna is able to trim it. I'm always able to get the groomer I want. On one occasion a substitute didn't know my customized version of the breed cut. I mentioned how I would like it tweaked and they did it for me. I'm very pleased and would recommend them.

Since visiting Animal House, we have heard so many times how good Addy looks. This group knows what they are doing and have given us great advice in caring for our Irish Terrier.

The only reason there is a star is I had to put it in in order to write a review. I would never recommend this groomers to my worst enemy. I have brought our dog here quite a few times. He has NEVER seen the same groomer and I have been assured that they know how to groom my particular breed of dog. Not once has he ever come home looking the way he should. He has been nicked all over his body every time he has been in. Today he had a bald patch under his arm on his stomach. Never was mentioned when he was picked up but we noticed while watching TV. This place is nothing but a hack house and they could care less about your pet. They never call your pet by his name and never mention that they have cut them up. My poor little dog cringes every time he gets out of the car and heads to the door. I will never take my dog back. I have give them more than their fare share of chances. Done and Done!!! They should be reported!

I have been going to Animal House Groomers for 3 years now for my poodle/shitzu mix. They do a super job and Gromit comes out looking so beautiful! They pay close attention to all the details, like cleaning his ears well, trimming his nails, and scissoring his legs so that he looks like a little lamb when he's done. He looks perfect when I pick him up. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Outstanding service and attention. We had been going to a groomer located in a chain store for years. Decided to try Animal House because it was close to home and I was curious. It was by far the best grooming our dog has received and the groomers were kind and professional. I would drive across town to take our dog (a Tibetan Terrier) to Animal House. No, they are not paying me to write this review!
