Very Unprofessional! Did not do a title search for the property we purchased in Feb 2015, we have been slammed with a delinquent property tax bill of $4200 that was never paid for by the seller. What proper Title Agency does NOT do a title search. We cannot build on our land until this problem get solved. I would NEVER recommend this Agency to anyone- Choose someone else!!
