We have used H& R block for the past three years to file and this year has to be by far the worst service yet. We were told that if we filled on January 25, that our return wouldn't be processed until the 30, and we were fine with that. Low and behold, due to the education credit sheet we used, our federal return wouldn't be processed until February 15, which was due to the delay of the IRS. We checked the refund site and it said we should have our return in 21 days, then on the 21st day it magically changed to 'still processing your return' what?? We payed hundreds of $$ for this? Now today we learned it is all due to H & R Block's e-file processing, not the IRS's fault like they told us...if we would have used TurboTax we would have our refund already, not waiting another six weeks! Never going back again, at least have the balls to be honest with your customers.
