This salon has the worst customer service. –EVER!!! I’ve never had or even heard of a stylist that’s refused to fix something a client was unhappy with, especially in the hair industry! Robin, the stylist at this salon is horrible! Expectations were high since she was so expensive and a friend referred me. I borrowed money to afford our visit. I told her specifically, multiple times what I wanted: big platinum chucks with a little contrast and a cut that would not grow into the “triangle” look.



What I got was ashy blonde hair and a triangle cut. Asked her to fix it. After two text , Robin told me she wouldn’t fix it was exhausted dealing with me. She called later and stated she didn’t want me to contact her again. I called the owner of the salon. She didn’t do anything other than tell Robin to call me. Even though this stylist represents her business, she told me she was not responsible for her. Robin called me and even though I really didn’t want her touch my hair nor did I appreciate her comments to me, I thought we came to a solution. I was to wait a few weeks and call her so my hair wouldn’t be bombarded with chemicals. I’ve tried contacting her and she has yet to call me back…NEVER, EVER, AGAIN!!!!! This is not how the service industry works - especially with hair!
