The "Movers who care" Yeah right! we also have had a bad experience. The movers themselves were fantastic and I couldn't say enough concerning their professionalism. They did a fantastic job. But on the last piece they moved, granted it was very heavy, and I can't fault them but as they moved it over a dresser they scratched the surface. The problem is trying to get someone out to look at the scratch and fix it. Contacted the person that is supposed to be in charge of repairs then asked for pictures and we sent them to the address that the answering machine gave, he said I had the wrong number and I double checked and triple checked it was where I sent it. Give us a break it has been four weeks. And with this in mind don't use this company unless you don't mind the gouges that come with it.

"Mover Who Care", yeah right! My wife and I recently hired Two Men And A Truck in June 2014 to move from Belleville, IL to Kirkwood, MO. We last moved in 2007 with a UHaul and the help of family and friends. This time due to my wife's battle with cancer and in an effort to lessen the burden on our friends and family, we decided this time to spend the money and hire professionals. After taking several bids, we decided on Two Men And A Truck. They were the lowest bid. Lesson learned on our part, you get what you pay for. On moving day, I was at work and my wife stayed at home to monitor the move. The movers showed up about 30 minutes late, not a big deal. They picked up a cabinet in our living room and dropped it leaving a 4 inch hole in the drywall that needed to be patched. They offered to take $100 off the bill for the damaged wall. I wasn't happy to hear that I would have to patch a wall, but I was still ok with this. When I arrived at our brand new homewas when I realized that hiring Two Men and A Truck was a HUGE mistake. A gouge was taken out of our front door frame. Our dining room table had nicks and dents in it. There were scratches on our brand new hard wood floor. Scrapes all over our new walls going up the stairs to the second floor. Furniture and boxes were just dropped wherever the movers decided to put them. We had coffee tables in the living room which were supposed to go to the basement, boxes on the second floor which were labeled basement. Furniture in the basement which was supposed to be on the second floor. A collapsible shelf on our barbecue was broken off and placed in one of the drawers. According to my wife it became obvious over the course of the day that the movers did not have any care for our belongings or our homes. We still had contractors at our home finishing various task and a DirecTV installed at the house at the same time as the movers. The movers did not even bother to ask my wife where certain items should go. To this day I am still finding scratches and dents and damage to items and our home that were not there when we held our final inspection with our mover. I was contacted a couple of days after the move to see how things went. I gave them a pretty harsh review and I was contacted by a representative from Two Men And A Truck. The representative assured me that he would investigate the matter and get back to me. This was two weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything back from this joke of a company. Looking back we should have not taken the lowest bid, we should have hired professionals or at the very least hired "Movers Who Care".

Great Job!!

We hired Two Men and A Truck to move us based on the recommendations from our family and friends. The movers were on time and were effecient all day long! Brian, Matt, and Justin deserve a raise considering all the steps they had to run up. Thanks again for the free box delivery with my purchase, that saved me time and money. I will refer you to anyone that is moving!
