This was my first time visiting, but have taken a relative before. The service was fast, friendly and very professional. I was taken to my room upon arriving. The staff was able to diagnose my illness, with just a few tests. This was yesterday, and today, I am feeling 100% better. I will finish all of my meds, and I would to thank the staff for their willingness to serve and the thoughtfulness towards me!

The staff and the doctors was amazing . If you don't have to go to the ER this is the place to go, it is affordable ,quick and if you have to have a prescription filled they can do that there.... x-rays ,blood work ,etc all done at that facility at a cheaper price

I brought my daughter in to have her ear checked. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We didn't wait long at all, and were shown into a cute kids room. Eventhough my daughter is 12, she was impressed with the Paw Patrol theme, and especially the TV. We were lucky in that it was a quick visit, but I am sure parents appreciate these amenities! The EMT and the doctor were great...they answered my questions and were courteous and professional. The ability to pick up her prescription was so helpful too! We will be back!

Was worried about possibly an infection on my step-fathers's arm from a fall. Everything was so easy and professional. All instructions were clear cut and simple. All personnel from the desk to the assistants to the doctor were so nice so professional. This was an easy visit because of this. Thank you all

I was expecting less than friendly red-taped service....received just the opposite....Thank You....hope I don't need you again, but you're my first option now!

I received fast professional service. Went in for a broken big toe. They were able to take the xray, clean, wrap ,dress the toe, fill the prescriptions, provide to protective boot and do absolutely everything I needed. Very efficient, friendly staff,, clean facility, informative and gentle. I was in a lot of pain. One of the fastest easiest, most thorough health care experiences I have ever had.

This was by far the best urgent care I have ever been to. I was helped the moment I walked in the door, and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I can't say enough good things about my experience!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in. The space was clean, neat, organized. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. They got my paperwork done quickly and I was in the back being seen much faster than I'd anticipated. The medical staff was very knowledgeable, and experienced. They diagnosed my problem, offered treatment, took X-Rays and had me on my way. I would definitely recommend Total Access and I will go back again if the need arises.

Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I felt like o was at a hospital with comfort care for my needs. I was seen very quickly, diagnosed, and released in under 1 hour. Thank you!! What a life-saver.

Amazing! Was in and out in about 20 mins. Got medicine right in the facility. Employers were very friendly and helpful!
