The English Property Maintenance Co LLC was created over 20 years ago

to deliver the kind of service you want, and should expect from any professional service company and contractor.

We will simply never do work that does not need doing!

Our extremely competitive daily rates are up to $137 per day cheaper than some other heating, cooling & plumbing companies!

However we don't just want you to come to us for our rates, we'd like you to look at the quality of our workmanship too.

We will charge you by the hour if it is a small and quick job.

We don't always work by the hourly rate, as it may be cheaper to give you a fixed price quotation for the complete job, regardless of how long it takes - although we do try and finish the job as soon as possible to minimise the inconvenience to you.

Our Customer policy

Our customers are very important to us.

We are fully aware of the common practices in the heating, cooling & plumbing industry and we keep well clear of these practices!

With us you will know exactly what you are paying for and what you will get at the end – in writing with a contractor agreement. Everything is in writing as we don't believe in “verbal” agreements, for your security and ours!!

We hope that should you need any of the services we provide, you will continue to use us.

Most of our work to date has been gained through “word of mouth” and that's how we like it.

Our reputation is invaluable and we want that reputation to be maintained and enhanced.
