Terminated Shop StewardI was elected to be the Shop Steward for Scrubby Dutchmen's union employees...I made attempts to address safety and health issues with hazardous chemicals and soon after, management started harassing me and finally terminated me within a few short days on 2-28-2017.....now under investigation by OSHA, NLRB and others.

I was elected to be a shop steward and acted accordingly...only to face harassment, reduced hours, monitoring of my Facebook page, animosity and the worst forms of aggressive attacks of my mentality and demoralization of my character. Orchestrated by a careless Scrubby Dutchmen owner and the NLRB is my only hope for justice.
