I called Roto Rooter for a drain clog. The gentleman who came out to assist was fast and knowledgeable. He was able to unclog the drain after I had two other plumbers here who were unable to unclog it. Well worth the money and time. I am very happy with the plumber and the job he did.

Mike #6602 was very professional, listened to my input, jumped a couple fences to verify nearest MSD node was clear before begining. Also provided important info about how to document possible lateral line problem to MSD and left me with some tips to help keep the line clear in the future. Could not have gone better.

A young man by the name Hasan id#5506 came out to my home for a sewer line back up in my basement, this young man was very knowledgeable and professional from the beginning of the conversation to the end of the conversation. He explained everything I needed to have done to fix my issue. I never thought about using Roto-Rooter in the pass, but because of the service I received from this young man. Terry 5895 is a great guy! Showed up after I called at 9pm on a Sunday night and cleaned my drain. It didn’t take him long to get here or to fix it. He Explained everything so I could understand it and showed me the problem. He even gave me advice on some preventative maintenance. Great customer service from him! I recommend him to anyone! Robert Johnson my plumber did a fantastic job. Very honest professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable and did my repairs promptly. Also water restoration rep Mike (did not get his last name) went up and above the call of duty. He was honest knowledgeable and very honest. He did a super job! I can’t say enough good about them.

On 12/1/2018 Nick Tech 7337 came to my house to perform a recommended Jet Flush on my lateral Sewer line. He was professional, and explained everything that this procedure was going to do to help me with a recurring blockage. Luckily I had no issues with the main pipe, and felt reassured when He shared the video with me of the inspection. My house is over 100 years old and the condition of my cast iron pipe has always been a source of anxiety for me. Nick alleviated that with the work that he did. I cannot recommend this location of Roto-Rooter more, from the appointment to the completion of the work they were prompt and very professional. What they promised they delivered on.

He took time to address additional questions we had, provided several recommendations, and ensured we were comfortable with the solution we opted to resolve the issue. Ian #9061, was here 2hours earlier than they even quoted. He figured out that it was our main line needing cleared out since our basement floor drain was backing up. He had to go in 45 feet and found and cleared the line and then made sure everything was working and didn't take him long ... It was higher quote than others but others were not going to clear out the main line and that was just to unclog the drain in floor... I think Ian saved us money in the long run ... We shall see 1yr gtd... I would use again!

Nick (Tech#7337) was the technician. He did a great job. There's a floor drain in the basement that backs up. I know from experience that it takes some work to clear it out -- the blockage is quite a ways down the line.
He kept the cost reasonable for this episode, and we got a 6-month guarantee. From experience with this drain, I also know that it isn't cost-effective to just snake it every year or so. The underlying problem doesn't go away, and the recurring costs add up over the years. Nick did a good job of explaining the options (and costs) to actually get the problem resolved. I appreciate that.

Good service a little pricey and took a while to get here. Bob was professional. Will call again if ever needed.

Carl was amazing! Super professional and quick. He replaced the the trap under my sink and duct work for the hot water heater. I will definitely hire him again.

I have used Roto Rooter for a long time with plumbing issues and they are the best! Recently, Carl came in and promptly fixed a water valve supplying a toilet tank. He also cleaned water deposits from my toilet as well as a sink faucet which was not part of the service request. As always, the technicians are pleasant, quick and extremely skilled!

Outstanding service and expertise. Been using Roto-Rooter for over two decades with always the best results. Our tech Jason E. 3686 set to work quickly and did a wonderful job. Cleaned up and left the work site better than he found it.

I needed the faucets that connect to the washing machine replaced. Plumber got there quickly and was very nice and helpful.
Only reason not to give a 5-star was that I thought it was a little pricey.

I would give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment for today between 10-2. I get a call at 1 saying they are running behind schedule and will call as soon as they can- probably in about an hour. I then call at 3 and ask the ETA. They say they haven't been able to get ahold of a tech on a job but will call as soon as he's done with that job. They call now at 4:45 to say we're sorry but it doesn't look like anyone can come AT ALL. I have waited ALL DAY and I had a scheduled appointment. I also have no water and work the next day so what am I supposed to do? I would have gone with another company if they had just been upfront or gee I don't know, stick to their appointments and when they make one keep it, even if it has to get pushed back. I have never been more disappointed in customer service. Thank you for wasting my entire day and my time. Do not go with this company- they don't even stick to their appointments. Do not tell someone you'll be there between 10-2 and string them along all day to cancel at 5. Unbelievable. Terrible customer service.

Do NOT call St. Louis Roto-Rooter if you need plumbing work done. I needed an estimate/repair of a burst pipe and was promised that someone would come from 12-4pm the next day. After taking time off work to be there during the time they were scheduled to come, they never came. After they failed to show up I called them (they claimed they were too busy) and they rescheduled me for the next day from 12-3pm. The next day (I had to take more time off work) they failed to show up from 12-3pm so I called them and they said they would be there a little late. After an hour of no Roto-Rooter I called again and they just kept transferring me to different dispatchers who said that all plumbers were busy that day. In the end, no one showed for the second day in a row and I found another plumber who was not completely unreliable like those at Roto Rooter. Again, if you need plumbing repairs (especially time sensitive repairs) DO NOT CALL ROTO-ROOTER. Very unreliable.

Had a few repairs including disposal and outside faucet leaking. The response was very timely and the men who came out were excellent in letting me know what needed to be done and how much. I was very happy with their work and professionalism at my home in Brentwood, Missouri.
