They responded to a message within an hour, diagnosed the problem over the phone, came when they said they would, and fixed our garage door for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

Tony and Mike were came early and gave a overall assessment of our garage door problem. Basically there were 2 options 1-replace an old spring that was hard to find for a $200 repair 2- replace the door for several thousand dollars more. All the other opinions were getting a new door. Mike, the specialist who came out, after two days found the part that no one else was able to find (including me). By doing so, he fixed the door and saved me several thousand dollars. But most important, these guys are HONEST. It is rare to find someone who works for your interest and not their own. I will definitely use them again.
