I had the pleasure of visiting your establishment last Saturday for my daughter's wedding reception. The back bar area was the perfect place. It was private and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonderful time and the food was excellent.

It was not until today that I heard some disturbing news. I just heard that one of the waitress' was accused of stealing and was fired. Both of the waitress' worked very hard that evening and did not deserve to be treated in that manner.

In my opinion that was a very poor way of doing business. Considering all the money that was brought in that evening, 5 cases of beer is trivial.

Believe me no one dislikes this woman more than me, but what happened to her and the way she was dismissed was very unbusinesslike. There are other ways of dismissing an employee other than accusing them of stealing.

I will never be back to your establishment again. I will also inform any friends who may have patronized your business to stop going there.
