Made appointment for 9am Friday, Had to call, she forgot she had an appointment, said she had to shower and then come, didn't open till 10 minutes to 11 o'clock. I ask for my hair to be to the back no parts and to be cut shorter. I got a Crochet, the hair was a deep wave. When she got through, the hair was so munipulated that it looked like I had that hair in for months, and for the cut, She asked me if I wanted straight cut, which I said yes, but wasn't anything straight about the cut, and I have a big ole part in the on the left side of my head. Beautiful Shop but shoddy treatment on your hair. My hair looks and make me sad. Why can't you get your hair done as you ask. Because you are paying for it!
