Best place in town for glasses. Huge Selection and reasonably priced!!!

I prefer the West County Macy's, however this store is nice. Not as big of a selection in each department. They do have a great clearance section that the other Macy's locations don't have.

I like at this store living in S City St. Louis. I find the employees to be very nice and I able to get help quickly.

Employees are friendly and available when you need help. Enjoy the great sales in the store too.

Now you know why people shop online. Service is horrible. Try finding someone in a department other than men's shoes. When was the last time someone came up to you and said can I help you?

Macys at the Galleria and downtown could have better customer service and they should hire better personnel. Merchandise is good, but the clothing is still not as fashion forward as the west coast stores. They do have good sales though so if you can tolerate their staff then its worth the trip.

I love shopping at Macy's, everything is dazzled and th eprices are great for the quality products you recv.

Macys has items for every member of the family. They have awesome sales frequently that make things even cheaper than discount stores, yet you have the advantage of shopping at an upscale store.
