THEY ARE LIFESAVERS!! I had a horrendous experience with Liberty Mutual and Mike, Mark and the rest of the staff at Loughborough Auto Body took amazing care of me and handled everything with such professionalism (not to mention they set Liberty Mutual's adjuster straight when he tried to screw me over)! My car came back in amazing condition and I have never had that level of customer service or been that well taken care of! If I could recommend them any higher than 5 stars I would. We will only take our cars to Loughborough Auto Body from here on out!
