Bad decision for me. He should have said he didn't know how to work on Volvos. My windows do not operate; door locks work randomly; gas cap door is broke. I had to have another foreign car repair to fix Lonnie's mistake. Plus Lonnie and his wife never owned up to their faults.

I feel that I was dealt with fairly and properly by this company. Usually, as I woman alone, I feel that auto repair and sales companies attempt to take advantage of me. I didn't feel that here. The owner is very nice and his family works with him which makes you feel at home there.
