Do not go! The service is bad/insulting and the results are poor. My sister made a pedi appt for us both. First they wanted to separate us and complained when we didn't agree. They then sat us together. Both times at the back of the room - could it really be because we're Black? We were warned but didn't believe it. My sister's water never got warm, I was never asked what type of mani I wanted. In addition she cut so low on my nail it bled slightly. She didn't acknowledge it, much less apologize. She got some alcohol and swabbed it and then wiped the other toes like it was part of the process. Don't go. You have other options.

this is the second pedi I have had done at the Ladue Rd. location and both were very poorly done... the first time was a busy Saturday so I figured I'd try them again, however even on a slow Tuesday evening the quality of work was very poor
