We used JT Express for my families recent move from Kansas to Florida. They were great, they helped us pack because I was behind on a few items but overall I would recommend this company!

We hired a company called Colonial Van Lines to coordinate or broker a move for us with a moving company- the company the sent us were these gems- JT Express Movers, LLC. I am 7 months pregnant with a small toddler, my husband is a hard working professional, disabled Navy veteran changing jobs, we had to move halfway across the U.S.. We hired these people to provide a full pack and moving service for us and paid over 6 THOUSAND dollars to do so.Showed up 3 hrs late the day of the move- 6pm, the driver, Daniel, said it was due to a scheduling conflict with the brokerage company, a week later JT Express would say it was due to road closures and traffic.At the end of second day we were told they couldn't fit our items on the truck- They were unable to fit 2 beds, 2 bikes, all of the patio furniture, my sons dresser, my dresser, bar stools and more- all items that had been accounted for and noted on paper work done months in advance. We packed what we could fit and left a large amount of items (sons dresser, my dresser, patio furniture) behind, because we had no choice.We were forced to rent a U-haul and drive two separate cars half way across the country in order for my husband to start his job on time.They began unloading damaged, half packed items. Our TV, washer, dryer, baby crib, glasses, chairs- all damaged -Most boxes (over 32) had only 2 or 3 items in them.One box had A PAN inside it and brought Daniel over to see, his response,”next time do it yourself” also stated they make money on packing materials. The “boss”Enis, was not helpful, didn't seem to care at all. These people are terrible and I urge you to take Daniel’s advice- do it yourself- or pay an actual accredited company.
JT Expresses response: They said we should have been present during the pack to make sure it was being done correctly which I was watching my small child while cleaning the house we were leaving. RUN.

I used this company for a long distance move 2 weeks ago from St. to Florida.
I felt like it was a rip off because I owed so much money upon arrival, that I did not expect. Plus you couldn't use a credit card, so I had to go to the bank on a Saturday morning for check or else use cash.
They had me look in the truck before leaving to make sure they had everything off. Unfortunately they were hiding my good ladder, which I found out later in the day, when I needed. I tried to text Tommy, but I guess I was blocked.
This company is just not acceptable. I would love my stolen ladder back.
