Terrible business practice!!! I gave them a deposit of $900.00 towards the cost of swapping the engines in two cars of mine. A month later, they tell me that they cannot do it. When I go to get my deposit back, I'm told (by the owner, Lorenta) that I would have to wait 7-10 days. They also blocked both of my cars in their storage yard and left, knowing that I had a tow truck in route to retrieve both of my cars.

The worst auto repair I have ever experienced. The lack of integrity knowledge and communication makes them one of the worst repair shops in Missouri. I would never recommend them to anyone for anything. A simple transmission rebuild has been a nightmare for myself and my family. They have destroyed my Range Rover and refuse to acknowledge their incompetence and lack of know how.
