They are so wonderful in here. There are a lot of authentic tasting Japanese meals. I just love it in here because of the surprisingly relaxing ambiance.

The cashier/manager is very rude. She is hostile with a bad attitude. She appears to be racist towards Blacks who are her biggest customers. She got indignant and hostile when I asked her about a comment she made about my bank card. She refused to answer the question. I was told to go somewhere else.

We go to Hibachi at least once or twice a month and have ALWAYS had great service. We actually went there for my daughter's 16th birthday. She wanted sushi, an inexpensive party, and we only had a small group with us so it was ideal. We let the hostess know that it was my daughter's 16th bday and she said that they'd take care of it. Can u imagine her surprise when the birthday song started to play and our server came out w a cake. There was a lotus (?) flower bud on top and when she lit it, it opened slowly and played music. It was a thrill for my daughter if a bit embarassing. Only problem we had is that the music kept playing. We finally got it to stop w we got home. Actually,I plan on having my bday there w family next year. I only wish I could post the video.

I went to Hibachi Grill on West Florissant and there was a long piece of hair under the fich that was on my plate. My meal was around $19 b/c I was on a date. I told the girl at the front counter and she called her manager which did help at all because she was not even there. To make long story short I was only refunded $7..They kept the money for my drinks..So sad..At least refund my full amount to keep from having a negative review..I will not ever go back there..First and Last Time

Be careful because i found a net in my food and they gone tell me all i get back is $3 or some food to take home....I need the coperate number please

Love this buffet - the food is always good and nicely prepared. The hosts and hostesses are lovely and the servers are efficient and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys informal dining and a huge selection of buffet items.

Excellent place to eat, Great prices, Great selection of good food to chose from. Very nice environment.
