The Early Childhood Center provides a flexible academic program with emphasis on the development of basic learning and thinking skills. It offers classes in kindergarten and grade one. The center s academic curriculum includes classes in art, music, reading, and physical and health education. The Early Childhood Center provides the English Spoken as Other Language program. The center also offers counseling sessions and food services. It is governed by the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District, which additionally manages Maplewood Richmond Heights High School, Maplewood Richmond Heights Middle School and Maplewood Richmond Heights Elementary School.
