I used to take both of my dogs there (one of the two had been going for the past 15 years mind you) but I would not suggest this place anymore, I wont get into the messy details but there was an incident where she said she would not take one of my dogs because he was too rambunctious and I agreed that it would be fine for him not to come anymore. But she then reconsidered and said he could come back, now she usually works with me b/c of my work schedule. On this particular day my second spunky dog was scheduled to go but I could already tell that she didnt want to take him, she called me in the middle of a work day to see when I was coming to pick him up, then at around 5:00 when I went to pick him up she told me he could not come again, because I was always late, but I had never been charged a late fee EVER since I had been taking my dogs there. Also my dog was terrified of her when she was taking him out of the cage, which he never is and when I brought him home he was not himself and she also charged me $80 for a $25 appt. :(
