My salesperson, Kris, was excellent. His thoroughness got me a whole new roof, instead of just the back that the insurance wanted to do. The foreman was also very concerned about my driveway and the grounds. I will definitely recommend. Very Satisfied!! Thanks

It is sometimes tough to find a team of people who you really TRUST! Daech & Bauer is that TEAM! They have worked on a couple of projects for us, and we were more than pleased both times! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or doing a remodeling project!

I learned about Deach and Bauer from the new billboard for the highschool football field. I never knew there were so many roofing companies out there. I got lucky!! Turns out the locals are the BEST! They have come to fix any and all problems my husband could find (he doesn’t get out enough) and the roof looks amazing! I didn’t know it could be so easy. My only complaint is the big dumpster they put in front of my house for two days, but they kept their word and had it moved immediately after the job was done! Im a deach and bauer fan!

- On June 6th, we were told by a Daech & Bauer representative named Chris during our initial meeting that we could call the office to tell them what color we picked for our new siding OR we could tell them when they come out for their pre-construction meeting. My wife called 3 times over the course of several weeks leaving 3 phone messages for someone to return our call. Nobody returned our phone calls.- On July 17th, nearly 6 weeks without hearing from any Daech & Bauer representative, I called to cancel service since we were not being responded to. I explained to Natalie that since we had left 3 phone messages over the course of several weeks and nobody called us back from the office that we would like to cancel service. She said they were waiting for us to notify them of our choice of color and THEN they would schedule the pre-construction meeting. That is not what we were told by Chris. That also does not account for 3 unreturned phone messages.- After stating that I would still like to cancel service since we are not satisfied with their service thus far, I was told that I would have to speak to a manager named Ryan who would call me back. He never called. I called back and was given his cell phone number. I called and left a message. After several missed phone calls back and forth, I left Ryan a message to allow us to cancel service since we were unsatisfied with their service due to the above mentioned reasons. He returned the call and said we would forfeit 20% since we signed a contract with them. We were stuck unless we wanted to lose nearly $1,000 for nothing at this point. We decided to proceed with the service since they were unwilling to release us from the contract.- The week of August 8th, we received a phone call from Natalie that the construction team would arrive the following morning to begin the 2 day construction job.- On Thursday, August 9th, the first day that construction was supposed to start, the foreman Donnie showed up without the crew and said they were broke down on the highway and would come back tomorrow (Friday) instead. He said they would still deliver construction materials that day (Thursday) to be stored in our carport while we park in the street. We were also told by Chris during the initial meeting that the job would not go unfinished over a weekend. The job was now planned to go unfinished over a weekend.- On Friday, August 10th, neither Donnie nor the construction crew ever showed up. No show AND no phone call the entire day. Completely unacceptable, no excuses could justify this. We waited all day for someone to show up or call. I called Donnie around 5PM to find out what happened. He said he was running around all day and was trying to get ahold of his crew all day, which he was still not able to do at that time. Donnie apologized profusely and said he would call me first thing Monday morning. I asked him if he would really call this time so that my wife is not waiting around all day wondering if they are coming or not. He reassured me he would call first thing Monday morning. Additionally, we now had to park in the street all weekend since the construction materials were stored in our carport.- On Saturday, August 11th, 3 construction workers showed up unexpectedly at 8AM while we were still in bed. I had to cancel plans for Saturday to stay home all day while they worked. They did not finish the job and said they would either be back the next morning (Sunday) or the following morning (Monday). They did not return on Sunday.- On Monday, August 13th, nobody showed up and Donnie did not call as he had promised. When I called Donnie around 4PM, he said he didn’t call because there was some confusion with his crew.- As of Tuesday, August 14th, the crew showed up during dinner at 6PM and Donnie did not call. We hired Daech & Bauer to installed our roof, and also do some guttering for us. My husband and I were very impressed with how professional and knowledgable the estimator was. Although we had to wait a little longer than we hoped, we were very please with the outcome of our new roof. The office staff was very courtious and the installers did a great job on our roof. Our roof was finished in one day and the gutters were completed Approx 1 wk later. The project manager did a complete walkthrough with us and made sure that any items that needed addressed were addressed asap. I would definetely recommend Daech & Bauer Roofing for your new roof, and or gutters etc.
