Honest and Trustworthy

I have had 3 vehicles fixed at this location. Each time they were quick, efficient and I received excellent service.
I would recommend this Automotive Shop without hesitation. I will be taking my vehicles for all servicing needs to them in the future.

Went in for an inspection and they told me brakes were failing the inspection. Then he says that he threw in a new starter into the estimate for the helluva it. Ok, take out the starter and how much is it for the pads and rotors? $1300. Are you kidding me? I know that brakes and rotors aren't that much. I told the guy to send out to the car to pick me up. He calls me back and says that he told his mechanic that "I was short on cash and what could we do to get it to pass inspection". Huh...What? I never said I was short on cash. Why the hell are you telling your mechanic that I'm "short on cash". Obviously he was trying to salvage some kind of repair out of the deal. I told him to send out the car.

Took it to another place. Inspection passed without any brake work done. I went and ahead and got the pads and rotors replaced anyway for $600, which is right in line with what other places were going to charge.

Avoid Christian Bros in Valley Park at all costs.

Best service hands down

I have been going to Christian brothers for a while now and I don't trust my car with anyone else. My wife and I recently looked at a car in Brentwood area to buy. We were told that they do a 125 point inspection and the car was in tip top shape. My wife went with her grandfather, purchased the vehicle, and took it directly to Christian brothers. Once there there was almost 3,000 dollars worth of issues with the car. It wouldn't even have passed inspection. I guess they must have "missed" those items in their 125 point inspection. So we took the car back. Got cussed out. But got our money back. Christian brothers saved us all that money and didn't even charge for their inspection. I have had nothing but respect shown and honesty given from them and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! Never ha...

THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! Never had such a bad experience in my entire life! First, they treated me like an idiot. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't understand cars. Really, my car that just had brakes put on needs new ones after only 2 1/2 months??? I don't think so! Second, they wanted to charge me over $400 for a headlight assembly just because there was a little moisture in the casing. These pieces sell for only $150 at numerous retailers. Are you telling me that your labor is really that expensive??? The last straw was when the guy at the counter called me "sweetie"! I'm not your sweetie; I don't even know you! I can't believe these people. How they stay in business with their shady business practices is beyond me! Do NOT patronize their shop!!!

Today was my fourth opportunit...

Today was my fourth opportunity to do business with Christian Brothers Automotive in Valley Park. From the comfortable, welcoming waiting area to the friendly attitude of the staff, each experience has been totally positive. Christian Brothers seems to make every effort to minimize the cost of a high quality, professional repair. They are scrupulously honest and never suggest unneeded add-ons. It's obvious that the owner/manager enjoys his work, especially delivering first rate customer service. I'm lucky enough to live close by, but even if you don't, Christian Brothers Automotive is worth the drive!

Friendly service

I found the people at Christian Brothers to be extremely friendly and they treated me very fairly. In addition to the great service that I received, their waiting room was as comfortable as being in my family room at home.
