Bought an Amazon Local deal for 2 hours of handyman service. I scheduled an appointment, which was about a month out. Two days prior to the appt. day I called to confirm and see what time they would show up. I left several voicemails over two days. I also went online and sent an email thru their website. I left my home number, cell, and email address and told them they could call, email or text to confirm and provide a time. They never returned my calls or emails, nor did they show up on the day of our appt, even though we wasted a whole Saturday. I got a refund from Amazon. This company cares nothing at all about the customer.
