Had my first service over the weekend, I have already noticed an improvement with the ant problem I was having. I hope this a sign of things to come. Zach C was the technician, he was great.

John H. did a wonderful job. He was easy to work with and did a job well done!

Justin did a great job. He was timely, polite, and offered to come back if I had any issues.

Not only have we had less pests we've received excellent service from Mike! He was never pushy and you could tell he really believed in the company. We had a minor mouse issue and they came back to even get rid of them for us and with in 2mos. no more mice!

Zach C was great today, I explained the issue I was having and he explained to me exactly what he was going to do about it and why. Then he followed through.

Just wanted to give a thumbs up for Zach C. He listened to our concerns and addressed them to our satisfaction. Professional and polite.

Zach C lives locally to us and goes above and beyond the normal realm of customer service. We had a new issue with ants and I couldn't find out where they were coming in, and he made sure to treat specific areas I didn't even think of, inside and out, and explained what he did and why, to prevent them from coming back. He also made sure we were satisfied and said that if we needed anything at all before the next scheduled date, to contact him to come back out. Satisfied is an understatement! Mike was sincere in all his efforts and conscientious when he had to return to bring additional mouse traps within the hour he proposed.



We felt assured that if any ants or other pests return, that we will be served quickly and courteously without question.

Aaron did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable.

John H did a great job explaining what he was going to do and then when he finished - he came to tell me what he found . At that point I brought something else to his attention that I failed to mention earlier ... He said " not a problem let me go to my truck and get something to remove it for you."

Zach C. was very professional and felt he was both knowlegable and thorough in my initial spraying...will not have any problem referring him to others...

I had a small reoccurrence of ants & Alterra came right out & took care of the problem before my next scheduled visit.
