Great First Visit

We had our first visit from Alterra today and John H. was very professional, personable and knowledgable. We look forward to having Alterra continue to service our property.

Both Kurt and Alex showed up ahead of schedule. They explained what they were going to do in detail. Then went about doing a very complete job.

Because of a ant problem they took extra care where we see ants.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan G, rep for Alterra on a Wednesday evening, he was so personable and made me feel like he was truly interested in helping me, my appointed was set up for Friday when I met another extremely kind gentleman named Taylor C, that was my technician, he came on te and went over every question I had, and even worked in the rain. I felt so comfortable with this company coming to my home and excellent service. I look forward to a long relationship with Alterra!

Alex and Kurt arrived exactly when they said they would be here. They were both very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain to me every process they were using to rid my home of pests. They went above and beyond to ensure Alterra keeps my business. Money well spent.
