Mike was awesome today. He stopped by for the quarterly today and I told him we were having issues with ants since the last visit. He explained how they get in and what they really are looking for. He located the site where they were concentrated, took care of it and educated us on the issue. He knows his job and takes care of specifics.

I was very happy with the job that Mike did! He was professional, courteous and efficient...taking the time to explain the process and what he had done. Also, he was responsive to the questions I had.

We were so pleased with the job Blaire did. He was on time, courteous, polite, and thorough. He treated the outside of our home in over 100 degree temps with long sleeves and long pants, then when I had one more problem area, he very politely went back out to double check it. We were his very last stop at the end of an extremely hot day. He still did a fantastic job with a positive attitude. We also have not seen ANY more bugs inside or around our house. We are very pleased with Alterra's services and technicians.

Taylor C. did a great job this afternoon. He was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. I look forward to getting rid of the ants & spiders that have been plaguing our home. I have tried Terminate termite & ant spray repeatedly, Terminate stakes every 6 months for about 4 years. I have tried Grant's ant baits & other baits for years and nothing worked. so, I am so looking forward to having the ant problem solved.
