My Allstate agent Jeff Parsons is hands down the best insurance agent I've ever dealt with. He is not one of those agents who never answers their phones, Jeff is always available and if he can't take my call immediately he always returns my call the same day. Many insurance agents use gimmicks simply to get you to say yes or to buy something but Jeff is always straightforward about what he is going to do and why. It's his customer service that makes his agency a step above the rest.

I have to let the world and Jeff know that his customer service exceeds all expectation. First of all HE answers the phone - not a computer and not an assistant. Whenever I call with a concern or problem he finds out what I need and then says,"No problem; I'll take care of it." And he does take care of it - and then the problem or concern just disappears. I would like to have people just like him at each business I have to have interactions with. I am SO HAPPY we switched to Allstate and Jeff.
