I had a safe that I couldn’t open. I contacted them to inquire about opening and they requested a picture to know what I had. They responded that they could open it and I was quoted $250 for a Saturday visit. I didn‘t get it scheduled right away and had a day off about a month later. I contacted them on a weekday about coming down and set it up for later that day. I ended up with six 1/2 inch holes drilled in the front of the safe, including some drilled through the locking system, effectively destroying the safe. I could have destroyed the safe myself if I had wanted that. At one point he appeared very frustrated and I told him that he could stop and I would pay him for his time and I’d get it open. He asked if I was going to cut it open and I said yes. He said let me keep trying, so I did. The end result was that I paid $300 to have him do what I could have done for free. I do not recommend.

This a great company to work with. They relocated a safe for me and were super professional and fast with very competitive rates. I would highly recommend them!

Along side a pleasant demeanor is also a very skilled and knowledgable crew. George, his son and their company was a pleasure to work with, promptness, efficiency and dependability are just of few words to describe these guys!
They are permanently in my rolodex!

My wife spoke with george on the phone. She was happy with the conversation and told me I need to call and verify for myself. When given the estimate to move my new safe,I felt it was a fair price. Once things had got rolling,I was told it may be on the higher end of the estimate. Due to the change of the location of picking the the safe up,which was provoked by me the customer. After all said and done the george's did a good job,kept me at the lowest end of the quote,and saved my back and coursing some buddies to move my brand new safe. I will recommend them to anyone looking for the service and will be the first I call for service on my safe.

I usually do not want to write something negative yet I had an experience that in my opinion concerned me to pass on. The owner of this company George spoke down to me, was sarcastic, so rude and loud. I had to suggest getting off the phone at one point and that I was concerned to work with George within the way he was interacting with me. The interaction was to the point I no longer wanted my safe taken care of by All Star safe. I actually felt concern to have this man in my home with the way I was treated. I will find another company that is mutually respectful and cares how they treat the customer. This is the first time I have had to make the choice to walk away from a company and find someone else to work with because of concern for the way I will be treated. I again state this is just my opinion of my experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with this company! I needed someone with an electric dolly to move a couple of heavy items down a set of stairs for me. These guys came out within two days and showed up on time. The two guys that came out were both very friendly and professional. Additionally, they brought the proof of liability insurance that I requested. I will definitely use their services again if the need ever arises.
