Since, 1974, Yu's Academy has trained thousands of students who strive towards developing a "Sound Mind in a Sound Body". The discipline and teachings of martial arts are more important today than ever. We have students of all ages. We know the benefits our kids martial arts program have for our younger students such as developing self-confidence and focus. Our martial arts program is also very beneficial for helping students dealing with the school bully. Our adult martial art programs are great exercise with the added benefit of learning a martial art.
