Provided by YP.comThe dentist (Dr. Walters) was very nice, professional and the place looked good. The biggest disappoint was the fact that we were told that an exam, x-rays and cleaning for our son would be about $130-140 when we called to make the appointment... however, when we went to pay, the clerk said the charges were $211.
Naturally, this was an unpleasant surprise! She would only take off $33 as a "professional courtesy" in spite of the fact they overcharged us around $70-80. Of course, the appointment was already over and there was nothing we could do... and the office clerk didn't make it right either (other than taking off $33). This makes me VERY leary about business practices and add-on fees/charges after the fact.

St. Joseph family dental thrives on patient centered care and providing the most exceptional treatment while being cognoscente of the financial responsibility. We do honor the charges that the patients’ are quoted and understand that in today’s medical industry there are unexpected added fees, but our practice wants to be above this stereotype. Our staff is always willing to discuss any financial matters that are in questions and will work diligently to get it resolved.
