Dr. Joshua Middendorf was born and raised in northeast Missouri; he lived most of his life on a large farm working hard to help his family. He graduated from Highland High School in Ewing, MO where he played drums in the school band. Upon graduation, he went to undergraduate school at Northwest Missouri State University where he spent three years taking the pre-requisites for chiropractic school. Northwest Missouri State University is also where he met his lovely wife, Shanen, who is a native of St. Joseph. Dr. Middendorf then transferred to Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO where he finished up his two undergraduate degrees, in Pre-professional Zoology and Life Science. It was here, he also worked hard to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. During his studies at Logan he received prevailing chiropractic education, while also taking extra classes in clinical nutrition, Cox-Flexion Distraction, and Active Release Technique. While at Logan College of Chiropractic he completed his internship at the Yorkshire Clinic in Webster Groves, MO where he gained the clinical experience to treat patients with a vast array of complaints. Dr. Middendorf thoroughly enjoys living in the St. Joseph Metro area. He is actively involved in the Rotary foundation and also his local church. He enjoys working in a general practice seeing patients of all ages and from all different backgrounds. He shoots straight and honest, no scams, gimmicks, or quackery.
