I would've given this drive-thru 4 stars except for my most recent experience when I ordered a large vanilla Coke. I wasn't even home when I ran out of pop (and I live not even 5 miles away). When I opened the cup, I noticed that it will filled TO THE TOP with ice. When I got home, I called to tell the woman who answered the phone what had happened. She was rude and short with me, telling me that the owner had told her to do that, and that I should ask for "no ice" or "little ice" next time. I asked to talk to the owner since apparently there was no manager there. She told me his name and said that he usually doesn't return calls. I left my information anyway and have yet to receive a return call more than a month later. I haven't been back since.
