Half an hour after the time for my appointment I asked the receptionist how much longer I would be waiting. She disappeared for 5 minutes and came back and said it would be about 10 more minutes. She was very unfriendly and did not apologize for- or even acknowledge- the long wait. I told her I did not have time to wait longer and she just said, "Do you want to reschedule for after the 1st of the year?" I was the only patient in the waiting room during this time.

I would never disrespect someone's time like this and I have no idea why this office thinks it is okay to disrespect mine. I will not be back.

Overall Great Experience. The entire visit from start to finish was top notch. Everyone was warm and helpful. The staff assisted me and my son and were very nice. The doctor was extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional...he went out of his way to joke with each of my children and helped to put everyone at ease. "Fred" had a great experience and I highly recommend this doctor and practice. an practice to everyone I know.

I received the same treatment from Dr.Brown as did Pam D. This Doctor is not personal with anybody....hes just does his job and leaves and gives you a big bill to pay...thank God for insurance eh?

Horrible experience. Was in the waiting room for over an hour and told it was just a "typical day". Finally got to see the doctor and he was very rude and condescending to me. The only person remotely friendly and welcoming was the assistant. On the way out, the receptionist told me "you don't owe anything" with a sneer. If you're looking to be treated with courtesy and decency, keep looking.

Had a wart removed and they charged over $1600 after the insurance deductions. Took over 8 visits, still didn't go away, we gave up. One year later finally got the bill and it was $1645. We had asked along the way, why it was not going away and they would just say, these take time. Yes, they take time and a cost of over $300 per visit. Of course, they are going to take time. Not at any visit did they say the cost was for everytime they would schedule a visit and they waited for a year to actually send a bill. We never knew during treatments that this was multiplying up. We will never use this Dermatologist in St. Joseph again.

These guys are the best!! Have been going for several years and are very knowledgeable and good bedside manner. You always get the doctor, not an assistant!
