We were buying a home in an area that we were only basically familiar with. Elena was first chosen because she was the only one of numerous agents who responded to our mid Friday evening initial phone call. We met the next morning with the intention of looking at two particular listings. Elena suggested several other properties based on our reaction to elements of the initial properties and got us in to see them that day. Over time, she knew our needs, taste, and concerns as well as we did. She immediately notified us about every new applicable listing and investigated every question that we had about any property. She knows the area, the real estate business, and in our case she really knew us. She led us into the property where I was able to say "This is it!" She is very aggressive, yet both personable and patient, and we knew that she had our best interests in mind at all times.
