Very unsatisfied with the lever of professionalism from this company. Very poor communication and follow up. Did not start when they said they would, guys did not show for work and no updates or information about the project. Was promised different start dates. No written contract, almost all verbal agreements. Most of the calls were initiated by us trying to get information as to the project status. When told that we weren't happy and wanted to cancel the deal, no response or attempt to repair the customer relationship. We are now stuck with finding someone else to finish the project in June when all pool companies are booked. Would not recommend this company due to the lack of communication.
