My husband and myself went to Dr. Miller, when my husband went they over charged him for his visit by well over $100.00 for a simple procedure. I called to be reimbursed for the office visit, they wanted to keep the money on our account for future visits. I asked them to send it back to us, as we have good insurance. I did not receive it after a couple of weeks I asked again, they send they sent it to an old address and could not issue us a new check, even though we both had given our new address to them. Now well over three months and still have not received it, They want to charge us $30.00 to issue a new check! Very unprofessional. I guess small claims court is my next step.
