Originally founded in 1902 as City Plumbing Co., the company had its beginning retailing and repairing residences. Commercial and Industrial applications were gradually added. Retail expansion necessitated relocation to its present facility in 1927. With the addition of heating and cooling capabilities, the company evolved into City Plumbing & Heating Co., in 1947.The company is in its 102nd year with an experienced, professional staff leading the management of the business.Stock of the company is entirely family-held. Solid marketing and sound reputation have put the company in a dominant position in the Tri-County area.

EXTREMELY poor customer service, especially from the manager mike. He's refused to respond to many phone calls about a job that was done improperly and not up to city code.

Thank you Scott. I live in Washington State and my mom is in Benton Harbor. She needed repairs to her furnace and contacted your business for help. She shared with me, how satisfied she was with the service she received at the time of your visit. A couple of things stood out with me. She stated, you were courteous, polite, professional and knowledgeable. You took the time to explain every step of the process and feels you went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable with the repairs and well versed on the operation of her newly installed Honeywell programmable thermostat.
