The pricing is affordable. Many don't know if you are under income you may qualify for a scholarship/reduce payment. The Y opens early, at about 5am and I think it closes at 9 or 10pm. The best part is there are many programs you can partake. Aerobics classes, yoga, weight lifing, swimming aerobics, racketballs, treadmills, steppers and on and on.



I found it quite an enjoyable experience the time I went and I may jump back on board come diet revolution new years.
