Force 3 is a self-defense and fitness company founded by police SWAT officers. Krav Maga is the official combatives system of the Israeli Defense Force, and it is the most widely used system among law enforcement, military and civilians in the world for a reason; it is simple,direct and effective. Krav Maga was designed to help the average person learn to win in violent encounters. You'll get a great workout and self-defense training from instructors who actually use what they teach. Force 3 is the home of Enyo; Self-Protection for Women; a custom system of survival and situational awareness principles designed by men and women for use in the real-world. Enyo is a complete self-protection system, utilizing physical defense techniques and training in the use of self-defense products such as the TASER C2 and Pepper Spray. This isn't a martial art, it is system of concepts and tactics that you can actually use every day to prevent violent encounters or win them in worst case scenarios. We are also proud to offer world class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from 3rd degree Royler Gracie black belt, Victor Huber and heart-pumping Muay Thai from Kru Pat Maddox. Our mission is to create a safer society through education and training.

Amenities

Our gym is "old school" and built for getting down to the business of self-defense. We offer a fully equipped classroom for our Academic training.
