Awful. $18,000 for a brand new bathroom with a toilet that leaked, leaving us with a destroyed laundry room ceiling. Contractor did not honor specifications of contract. Cheap parts, cheap service, and don't ask questions. If you do, you will be subject to claims that you "...never let the contractor finish anything."
