The guys at Les Schwab St. Helens have that energetic, gung ho attitude that Les himself has encouraged all these years. So impressed by it that I read Les' book on how he manages his company. Anyone thinking of starting a franchise should read Les' book. I have, on three occasions had tire trouble out of town; once in Corvallis, once in Portland, and once on Interstate 5 South. In all three instances the stores stood by the tires and quickly had me on my way.Talk about the good hands people...
