My device did not work correctly when I received it from the practice. I brought it in and they fixed the issue at no extra cost. I’ve gotten other devices that worked perfectly. I was lucky that they resolved the issue quickly so I could get back to my daily activities.

If you need solutions for the healthy maintenance as well as surgery...this is the place to go. I had a orthotic arm made for me by them about 2years ago...great work, NO PAIN, and the docs there REALLY LISTEN and care about not only your feet, they care about you!

Their doctor’s actually listen. I was having trouble with the prosthetic they provided me with in the beginning. It was a strange thing to get used to but they coached me how to feel comfortable using it.

Thank you so much they were very polite and helpful durout the whole time we were in there. Very knowledgeable.

I really like it here, I really like Fit Well it feels real comfortable I will continue to use Fit Well for all my special needs with my foot.

Great experience!! I had a huge sprain in my heel. They got me in the same day I called and treated me promptly. Very professional and thorough. Gave me detailed commentary on exactly what he was doing during the procedure. He provided me with an brief overall evaluation and provided me with some tips for good foot health. Now I've got a foot guy!

This place was life changing for me. I'm a teen with severe chronic back pain. Everyone was very kind and listened to how much pain I was in. We decided to try physical therapy for a while. My therapist was awful. She kept pushing me when I was crying. When that didn't work, he sent me to the pain clinic at Fit Well. This program was more than amazing. All the doctors and therapists I had were top notch. I learned how to do a bunch of skills that helped my pain. I got to meet other teens who had pain like me. It made me not only feel better, but I felt like I was understood. I didn't have to deal with the rude remarks I get at school. Now I wouldn't say my pain is better, but I'm good at managing it by using techniques I learned and pacing. Now I hope to be able to come back as a Rehab doctor and help others.

The people in the front desk have been the most wonderful front office staff I have ever met. I wish all people weer as welcoming as they were.

Accommodates my appointment all the time. I am struggling with a device they provided called my knee brace. It was hurting and Tami squeezed me in even though I did not have an appointment.

They were very patient and helpful. I had to come back the next day they really did an awesome job on the device.
